Preppy Relatives were a Halifax band circa 1994-1996. They were a part of the Prizewinner Collective with whom they did some split releases, they played in the Halifax Pop Explosion, organized the Geek Rock Love Festival, put out a number of cassette releases including Curse of the Blue Dragon and Yoga Community. They were featured on Left Hip Magazine compilations. They played shows with bands like Thrush Hermit, Jale, Superfriendz, State Champs, Al Tuck, etc.
