Folk electronica? Gordon B. Isnor combines both these styles to a very fascinating result. Some of the songs sound like almost-hits of the 1980's, especially "Always Come Back", which sounds like a mix of Tom Petty and Human League! His blend of styles shows that not everyone that delves into the past should be automatically labelled "retro". Gordon B. Isnor is the exception to the "retro" rule. A great diversion from bland, ordinary indie music!
